Infinite Medical P.C. seeks a Telehealth Primary Care Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant for a full-time in-office role in Hollywood, FL.
You will deliver virtual primary care to residents in long-term care and skilled nursing facilities nationwide while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to improve outcomes. You’ll support quality management to ensure compliance with clinical standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements, and educate patients and staff on treatment plans
