Job description
Brave Health seeks a licensed PMHNP to assess and treat patients’ mental and physical health, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to develop, implement, and evaluate treatment plans including psychotherapy and medication management. You will order tests, monitor medications, educate patients and families, and document thoroughly in the EHR, all while adhering to HIPAA and regulatory standards.
