Job description
Sauk County Human Services is seeking a Contracted Psychiatric Prescriber for the Community Support Program in Reedsburg, WI. The CSP team includes psychiatrists, nurses, case managers, and therapists, working with a patient-centered, recovery-oriented approach.
The position offers 40-50 hours per month onsite (Reedsburg) with flexibility for telehealth; pay is negotiable based on experience. This contracted role does not include county benefits.
