nCore Medical Center LLC is looking for a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our innovative telehealth/hybrid team in Blue Springs, MO. nResponsibilities:
nProvide occupational therapy evaluations and treatments via telehealth platforms and in-person sessions
nDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence and quality of life
nMonitor and document patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed to meet therapeutic goals
nCollaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered treatment
nEducate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques, adaptive strategies, and home exercise programs
nMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and company standards
nConduct virtual and in-person assessments for a diverse patient population across various diagnoses
nRequirements:
nMaster's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
nActive Missouri OT licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure
nNBCOT certification (OTR) required
nExperience with telehealth platforms and virtual care delivery preferred
nStrong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills across a variety of conditions
nExcellent communication skills and ability to engage patients effectively in a virtual environment
nSelf-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a hybrid care model
