Job description
MLK Community Hospital seeks an RN for the Telemetry/Medical-Surgical Float Pool, full time nights. This role provides bedside care to diverse adult patients across telemetry and med-surg units, performing assessments, monitoring cardiac rhythms, administering medications, and coordinating care with an interdisciplinary team. Nurses will float to units based on patient acuity, support rapid changes in condition, educate patients and families, and document accurately in the EMR while upholding evidence-based, culturally competent, patient-first care in a modern safety-net hospital.
