Job description
MLK Community Hospital seeks a compassionate RN for the Telemetry/Medical-Surgical Float Pool, full-time days. The nurse provides high-quality, patient-centered care across telemetry and med-surg units, performing assessments, monitoring cardiac rhythms, administering medications, and coordinating interdisciplinary care. This role supports an underserved South LA community, emphasizing cultural competence, patient education, safety, and advocacy. RNs collaborate closely with physicians and allied staff, use modern technology and EMR systems, and participate in quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives.
