Job description
The Clinical Nurse I (CN I) at UMMS in downtown Baltimore is designed for new graduates or nurses with less than 12 months of clinical experience. The CN I will complete the Nurse Residency Program and departmental orientation to achieve practice readiness in alignment with UMMS Mission, Vision, and Values.
Responsibilities include direct patient care, comprehensive assessments, care planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
