Day Shift 12 hours/day 4 days/week
Title: Registered Nurse - MS/Tele
Duration: 13 weeks
Location: 50 Leroy St Potsdam, NY 13676
Start Date: 10/12/2026
Schedule: Day (4x12 Hours) 7:00 19:00
Unit: PCU / Med Surg-Tele
Census/Capacity: Avg. daily census 23 | 30 beds | 17 rooms
Ratios: Days 1:5 | Nights 1:6
Schedule: EOW weekend coverage
Experience: Minimum 1 year
First-Time Travelers: Accepted
Local Rule: No locals; must live >50 miles away
Charting: EPIC required
Certifications: ACLS, BLS & NIHSS required
Floating: Required — may float to sister units West 2, West 3 & Observation
Patient Population: Cardiac, respiratory, COVID, infectious disease, pre/post-op, endocrine & CVA
Unit Details: Certified Stroke Center
Preference: PCU-trained candidates prioritized ; unit may be PCU or Med Surg/Tele
Visits/Day: 3
