Job description
Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center in Williamsburg, VA is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Medical Telemetry Unit on the Day shift. The role is full-time with a first shift and a sign-on bonus up to $15,000 for qualified candidates. You will educate patients, monitor vitals, and document care following standards, while collaborating with the medical team.
Education includes RN license; BSN/MSN preferred; BLS within 90 days. No experience required, but 1 year acute care is preferred.
