Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Registered Nurse - Telemetry in Neptune, NJ. This per diem role supports safe, evidence-based patient care in a collaborative hospital setting.
Responsibilities include delivering nursing care, communicating patient status, administering meds with bar-scanning and documenting electronically, educating patients and families, and assisting with safe discharges across disciplines. NJ licensed nurses with BSN in progress encouraged.
