Job description
TotalMed RN is seeking a Telemetry Travel RN for an immediate assignment in Winston-Salem, NC. The 13‑week travel role requires 36 hours per week, with 12‑hour day shifts. Start date is 10/26/2026.
Eligible RNs should have 1–2 years of acute care experience and acute cardiac telemetry skills. As a Telemetry Travel Nurse, you will monitor heart rate, blood pressure, respiratory rate, SpO2, and ECG data, while delivering bedside care and escalating findings as needed.
