Job description

Shift: 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 12 months of Telemetry Unit experience.
• Experience with Cerner is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Oklahoma license or compact license (required for submission).
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living • Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone who worked as Per Diem at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone who worked as Part-Time at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
In order to receive travel rate, clinician’s claimed residence must match address on driver’s license. Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/Tdap declinations.
Special Requests: Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.
Required Credentials: Driver’s license is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license. Ascension EKG Exam required during onboarding; minimum passing score of at least 80%; 2 attempts allowed. Ascension Specialty Exam required during onboarding; minimum 80% or national benchmark passing score; 2 attempts allowed. Ascension Pharmacology Exam required during onboarding; minimum 80% score; 2 attempts allowed. Ascension Core Competencies required during onboarding; minimum 80% or national benchmark passing score; 2 attempts allowed.
Unit Details: Cardiac telemetry unit caring for cardiac and post-op patients. Serves patients of all ages. Virtual sitter monitoring and monitor tech support available.
Shift & Scheduling: Up to 6 weekend shifts in a 6-week schedule period. Holidays as needed by the department.
5 days maximum time off
2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required
Driver’s license required for submission
