Job description

Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 2 years of Telemetry Unit experience.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Illinois license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.
Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.
Additional Details:
Candidates should be able to start within 2 to 3 weeks of offer.
Required Skills/Experience: 2 years of Med/Surg/Tele/Neuro experience required. New graduates are not accepted.
Required Credentials: Passing EKG test required.
Unit Details: This assignment will be located in the ICU caring for inpatient admissions (MS/TEL patients).
Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend. Holidays as needed.
Floating Requirements: Must be first to float to other Med/Surg/Tele units.
14 days maximum time off
2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required
Proof of identification required
