Experience:
• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 2 years of Telemetry Unit experience with 12 months within the last 36 months (3 years).
• 3 months of Cerner experience is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone who worked as Per Diem at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility.
References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you’re applying to.
Required Skills/Experience: Must have a strong cardiac tele background. Must be able to decrease cardiac drips per physicians’ orders and parameters. Nurses must be able to read and interpret strips.
Special Requests: Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility. Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.
Unit Details: Patients are primarily ED holds awaiting placement on a medical-surgical/telemetry unit, with more telemetry than medical patients. RNs titrate drips; common titratable or set-rate drips include Cardizem, heparin, and amiodarone. No monitor tech is available in the ED. No ventilators are used on the unit. May be asked to help with ED patients, including vital signs, IV starts, and medication administration; will not be the primary RN for an ED patient assignment.
Shift & Scheduling: Self-scheduling is available; however, this could change from time to time. 4 weekend shifts in a 4-week schedule. Holiday shifts rotate with permanent staff. No call.
Floating Requirements: First to float. Would float to Med/Surg/Tele/overflow units and CRMC/MGMC EDs as needed.
Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1. Start assignment restriction: 14 days
2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months
Driver’s license required for submission
