Experience:
• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 2 years of Telemetry Unit experience with 12 months within the last 36 months (3 years).
• 3 months of Cerner experience is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• COVID booster required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone who worked as Part-Time at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone who worked as Per Diem at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility.
References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you’re applying to.
Required Skills/Experience: Must have a strong cardiac tele background. Must be able to decrease cardiac drips per physicians’ orders and parameters. Must be able to read and interpret strips.
Special Requests: An interview may not be available prior to offer. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. Submission Limit: Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility. Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.
Unit Details: ED holds are waiting for placement on a unit, primarily Med/Surg/Telemetry, with more telemetry than medical patients. RNs are required to titrate drips, including Cardizem, Heparin, and Amiodarone. No monitor tech is available in the ED. No ventilators are used on the unit. May be asked to assist with ED patients, including vital signs, IV starts, and medication administration.
Shift & Scheduling: Ability to self-schedule; however, this could change from time to time. 4 weekend shifts in a 4 week schedule. Holiday rotation with permanent staff. No call.
Floating Requirements: This position is first to float. Floats to Med/Surg/Telemetry/overflow units and CRMC/MGMC EDs as needed.
Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1. Start assignment restriction: 14 days
2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months
Driver’s license required for submission
