Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 2 years of Telemetry Unit experience.
• Experience with Epic is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Illinois license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Cardiac drip management is required. Sheath pulls are required. Central line management is required. Post-op open-heart, sheath pull, and new-tracheostomy care are required.
Required Credentials: RNs only: Clinicians who obtained an RN degree outside of the U.S. and do not hold MO, IL, or Compact licensure require an extended licensing and compliance timeframe. No medical marijuana cards are accepted.
Special Requests: You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Unit Details: This cardiac telemetry unit cares for high-risk cardiology patients and mixed medical patients with underlying cardiac conditions.
Shift & Scheduling: BJC policy: Every other weekend required. RTO is limited to no greater than 7 days. No call.
Floating Requirements: Float to any inpatient unit at Memorial Belleville or Memorial East (Shiloh) as needed, within scope and competencies.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW : This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
