Job description

Experience:
• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 2 years of Telemetry Unit experience with any experience within the last 4 months.
• Experience with Epic is required.
• BSN completion preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Oregon license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
Special Requests: Holiday RTO will not be approved.
Unit Details: Uses Omnicell. IV team support is available on day shift. Pharmacy support is available 24/7. Phlebotomy support is available 24/7. Transportation support is available 7am-10:30pm. A unit secretary is available. Intensivist coverage is available 24/7. Hospitalist coverage is available 24/7. Telemetry monitors are used. Procedures include cardioversion, ECHO, and Cath Lab procedure recovery.
Shift & Scheduling: No call. Weekends are staffed the same as weekdays. Full-time staff are required to work half of the weekend shifts.
Floating Requirements: You may be required to float to Adventist Health locations within 30 miles. Staff may be floated to accommodate low staffing on other inpatient units.
Details:
• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW : This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
