Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM
Experience:
• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 3 months of Telemetry Unit experience.
• Experience with Epic is required.
• Diploma completion required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Kentucky license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living • COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: 2 years acute inpatient RN tele experience.
Required Credentials: Nursing Diploma. OR Associate’s Degree (ASN).
Unit Details: Acute renal care, renal-focused unit with ESRD and peritoneal dialysis patients. Common medications and skills include heparin drips, insulin, dialysis assessments, PCA, feeding tubes, and wound vacs. RN does not read telemetry.
Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend.
14 days maximum time off
2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years
Proof of identification required

• NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
