Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM
Experience:
• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 2 years of Telemetry Unit experience.
• Experience with Epic is required.
• Diploma completion required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Kentucky license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living • COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: 2 years acute inpatient tele RN experience.
Required Credentials: Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree (ASN).
Unit Details: APRN support is available. RNs read telemetry and do not titrate. The patient population includes orthopedic, spine, and general medical diagnoses. Medications include pain medications and insulin. Clinical skills and equipment include CPAP, PCA, feeding tubes, wound vacs, and tracheostomy care.
Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend is required. Self-scheduling is available.
14 days maximum time off
2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years
Proof of identification required
