Experience:
• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 2 years of Telemetry Unit experience with 12 months within the last 36 months (3 years).
• Travel experience is preferred.
• Experience with Epic is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Anyone who worked as Part-Time at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone who worked as Per Diem at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
An interview may not be available prior to offer. Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you’re applying to.
Special Requests: Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility. Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check. Daily parking costs $15+/day; monthly parking passes range from $95 - $120.
Unit Details: Unit focus includes oncology, hematology, surgical laminectomies, and sickle cell care. The unit has 2 clinical research rooms with 2 GIP beds if needed.
Shift & Scheduling: Candidates need to be flexible on scheduling; self-scheduling is not available. Every other weekend.
Floating Requirements: RNs must be open to floating and have cardiac drip experience.
7 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1. Start assignment restriction: 14 days. Maximum consecutive days off: 5
2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months
Driver’s license required for submission
