Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 2 years of Telemetry Unit experience.
• Experience with Epic is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Illinois license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
RNs only - Clinicians who obtained RN degree outside of the U.S. and do not hold MO/IL/Compact license require extended licensing and compliance timeframe.
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Required Skills/Experience: Cardiac drips required. Sheath pulls required. Central line management required. High-risk telemetry experience required.
Special Requests: No medical marijuana cards accepted.
Unit Details: Adult patient population. Cardiac telemetry and high-risk cardiology patient population, including post-op open heart, new tracheostomy, and mixed medical patients with underlying cardiac conditions.
Shift & Scheduling: 3x12s or 4x12s approved. BJC policy: Every other weekend required. Expectation is to work 6 weekend shifts (Sat or Sun) in a 6 week schedule. No call. RTO restrictions: No greater than 7 days.
Floating Requirements: Float to any inpatient unit at both campuses, including Memorial Belleville and Memorial East (Shiloh), as needed and within competencies to practice.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW : This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
