Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Experience:
• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 12 months of Telemetry Unit experience with any experience within the last 36 months (3 years).
• 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Pennsylvania license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living • COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.
Special Requests: No time off can be requested from 9/1/2026 to 11/15/2026 due to hospital systemwide Epic implementation.
Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend.
Floating Requirements: Floats to Hampden Medical Center, PA.
5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 10/31/2026, 11/26/2026, 12/24/2026, 12/25/2026, 12/31/2026. Number of holidays allowed off: 1. Start assignment restriction: 40 days
2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 3 years
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
