Job description

Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 10 months of Telemetry Unit experience with any experience within the last 36 months (3 years).
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Illinois license (required for submission).
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: - Float experience does not count toward the unit experience requirement.
Unit Details: - 2 techs help on the unit.
Special Requests: - RTO requests must be submitted at the time of submission.
Shift & Scheduling: - Every other weekend. - All jobs with a 12-hour schedule have the option of a 36 or 48 hour workweek.
Facility holidays: 10/31/2026, 11/26/2026, 12/24/2026, 12/25/2026, 12/31/2026. Number of holidays allowed off: 1
1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
