Sagility is hiring Seasonal Work-From-Home Care Coaches to support health plan members and improve health outcomes. In this fully remote role, you’ll provide outbound and inbound telephonic coaching, explain benefits, reinforce care plans, and connect members with resources. You’ll document interactions in care management systems, collaborate with clinical teams, and follow strict quality and HIPAA guidelines.
