nProvidence's Virtual Care and Digital Health (VCDH) division is the health system's innovation hub, transforming care delivery through technology-enabled solutions that improve access, efficiency, and patient experience. VCDH operates multistate service lines and incubates programs like virtual nursing, remote patient monitoring, and tele-specialty services, all designed to address workforce shortages and capacity challenges. By integrating advanced platforms such as MedPearl and partnering with consumer apps, VCDH moves knowledge-not people-bringing high-quality care to patients wherever they are. With a focus on measurable outcomes, scalability, and affordability, VCDH is redefining healthcare by restoring the joy of delivering and receiving care while driving clinical, experiential, and financial value across Providence and beyond.
