Let’s talk.This candidate will be responsible for the following:- Provide superior customer service while fulfilling customer requests in all transactions.- Processing transactions accurately, addressing account inquiries, and resolving routine issues.- Deepen relationships through value-add recommendations to existing customers and prospective customers.- Drive adoption of digital banking services with new and existing customers.- Ensuring operational and regulatory compliance of the branch.- Accurate processing of transactions, completing end-of-day reporting and documentation, adhering to safe cash and negotiable instrument practices.- Following all safe deposit box protocols, identifying customers, and protecting the confidentiality of customer information.- Build and sustain relationships with internal and external customers which will uphold a positive reputation among the retail branch teams and Fidelity Bank.Requirements for this position include:- High school diploma (or equivalent) required.- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.- Strong sales and service skills.- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.- Must be organized with good time management skills.Preferred requirements include:- 1+ year of banking or financial services experience.- 1+ year of cash handling experience.EEO/Veterans/Disabled
