Let's talk.This candidate will be responsible for the following:* Provide superior customer service while fulfilling customer requests in all transactions.* Processing transactions accurately, addressing account inquiries, and resolving routine issues.* Deepen relationships through value-add recommendations to existing customers and prospective customers.* Drive adoption of digital banking services with new and existing customers.* Ensuring operational and regulatory compliance of the branch.* Accurate processing of transactions, completing end-of-day reporting and documentation, adhering to safe cash and negotiable instrument practices.* Following all safe deposit box protocols, identifying customers, and protecting the confidentiality of customer information.* Build and sustain relationships with internal and external customers which will uphold a positive reputation among the retail branch teams and Fidelity Bank.Requirements for this position include:* High school diploma (or equivalent) required.* Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.* Strong sales and service skills.* Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.* Must be organized with good time management skills.Preferred requirements include:* 1+ year of banking or financial services experience.* 1+ year of cash handling experience.EEO/Veterans/Disabled
