Job TitleProvides individualized client service while handling daily transactions, addressing inquiries, and problem resolution, in accordance with Bank policies and procedures.Essential RequirementsProcesses financial transactions for clients accurately and efficientlyIdentifies client needs uncovered during business interactions and/or conversations, promotes products and services and refers clients to the appropriate bank colleague if neededBuilds client loyalty; establishes client relationships, including addressing each client by nameConsistently delivers exceptional customer service to each and every clientFollows established Bank policies, procedures and guidelinesParticipates in retail sales programs to help meet personal and banking center goalsActively participates in team meetings and participates in community projects and appropriate educational programs related to the positionBalances cash drawer and assists banking center team in operational duties (ie., balancing the ATM, vault and end of day work)Regular and predictable attendance is an essential requirement of the positionResponsible for the completion of all compliance training related to the positionMust understand all applicable laws and regulations that apply to the position and complies with the requirementsExperience/SkillsOne (1) or more years of customer or retail service experience preferredCash handling experience preferredAbility to respond and assist clients with inquiries and/or problem resolutionCustomer service and sales orientedCareful attention to detail and time managementGood listening and verbal and communication skillsGood PC skills - ability to work in Windows based system essentialAbility to cross-sell bank products and servicesAbility to work evenings and weekends based on banking center needsAbility to communicate in another language is a plusGood organizational skillsAbility to work in a team atmosphereAbility to stand for prolonged periods of timeAbility to protect the confidentiality/privacy of others as appropriate, as well as of company documents and recordsAbility to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentEducationHigh School Diploma/GED requiredTravel RequirementsAbility to travel to all banking centers; as well as other locations for meetings, projects, training and seminars (as needed).Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
