What You'll Do
As a Full-Time Teller, you'll play an important role in creating outstanding member experiences by providing accurate, efficient, and friendly financial services. Responsibilities include:
Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting members and building lasting relationships
Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and other financial transactions accurately
Handle cash transactions while maintaining a balanced cash drawer
Identify member needs and recommend products and services that support their financial goals
Resolve member questions with professionalism, empathy, and care
Collaborate with teammates to deliver an exceptional banking experience
Follow established security procedures while maintaining transaction accuracy
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or GED
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Positive attitude with a passion for helping people
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable working with cash, numbers, and computer systems
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Retail, hospitality, food service, or customer-facing experience is helpful but not required
Willingness to learn and grow within the financial services industry
Work Schedule
This full-time position offers a consistent schedule of Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM , with rotating Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM , providing the predictability and flexibility to maintain a healthy work-life balance while delivering exceptional service to our members and supporting the financial needs of the community.
