Customer Service RepresentativeLocation: Bismarck South Cashwise Schedule: In-Office, 20-29 hrs/week. 1-6:15 M-F and rotating Saturdays, 8:45-12:15.Gate City Bank is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative to support daily operations at our Bismarck South Cashwise Office. This role includes customer transactions, account support, and delivering friendly, passionate service in a team-oriented environment.Responsibilities:Create a warm, helpful experience by assisting customers with everyday banking transactionsBuild relationships by identifying ways to make banking easier and more rewardingOpen new accounts and educate customers on products and services that fit their needsBalance cash drawer and maintain accuracyFollow all service, security, and compliance guidelinesExperience:High school diploma or equivalent1–2 years of experience in customer service, retail, cash handling, or sales preferredStrong attention to detail and a commitment to doing things rightA positive, upbeat attitude and a genuine desire to help othersCompensation & Benefits:Pay Range: $18-$19/hrSaturday Differential Pay: +$5/hrGuaranteed 15-19 hrs/wkEligible full-time and part-time team members may enjoy benefits including health insurance, PTO, 401(k) match, wellness programs, and more – see gatecity.bank/careers.EOE/including Disability/VetsMember FDIC
