Customer Service RepresentativeGate City Bank is looking for a service-driven Customer Service Representative to support customers at our West Fargo Office. This full-time role focuses on day-to-day banking services, relationship building delivering an exceptional experience. If you enjoy helping others, take pride in accuracy, and thrive in a team environment, this role may be for you!Work Location Type: In-Office, Full-Time Schedule:Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PMRotating Saturdays: 8:45AM - 12:15PMPay: $17.75-$18.75 per hourHow You'll Make an Impact:Assist customers with routine banking transactions while providing a welcoming, professional experience.Support customers in opening new accounts and understanding products that fit their financial needs.Maintain balanced cash drawers and follow all cash-handling expectations.Adhere to Bank policies, security guidelines, and customer service standards.What We're Looking For:High school diploma or equivalent.1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail, cash handling, or sales preferred.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Positive attitude and genuine desire to help others.Compensation & Perks:Pay Range: $17.75-$18.75Saturday Incentive: Extra $5 for any Saturday worked!Consistent Hours: Guaranteed 40 per week scheduled for the hours of 9:00 AM until 6:00 PM Mondays through Fridays, and 8:45 AM-12:15 PM on Saturdays!Advancement Opportunities:Eligible part-time and full-time team members may access a comprehensive benefit package that includes medical, dental and vision coverage options, 401(k) with match, PTO, wellness options, and more!
