Job TitleSalary Grade: Service Representative I or II (Based on experience)Duties: Represents the bank in a courteous, professional manner, and provides prompt, efficient and accurate service when processing transactions. Cross-sells bank services when appropriate and makes referrals to appropriate business partners. Strictly adheres to all current laws, security measures and organizational policies/procedures to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal skills, and basic computer knowledge.Experience: Prior sales and cash handling experience preferred but not required.Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
