Job description

We are looking for a motivated Teller who is eager to learn, provide outstanding member experience, and grow within the credit union industry.Key Responsibilities:Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, cash checks, and transfersAssist and educate members on the use of online accounts, mobile banking and other remote channels.Assist members with ITM/ATM transactions and questions.Build positive member relationships by identifying member needs and recommending products/services.Resolve routine member concerns and issues efficiently, with professionalism, and patience to attract to maintain members.Proactive use of fraud-detection resources, to identify suspicious activity early, protect member assets, and uphold integrity of the credit union.Support branch opening/closing procedures and assist with branch workflow and coverageFoster a fun and collaborative environment to service our members, grow relationships and engage with your peers.Qualifications:Experience: One month to one year experience. Previous credit union or financial experience preferred.Education: High School Diploma or GED.Required Skills:Passionate about exceptional member service and relationship building.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsProficiency with banking systems, digital tools, and Microsoft office productsEmployment Details:Location: HRCCU Hudson Falls Branch, Hudson Falls, NY.
