Teller 1A Teller 1 is responsible for processing basic customer transactions efficiently and accurately while providing unparalleled service.Essential Job ResponsibilitiesRequired to provide unparalleled customer service during each interaction through a high level of professionalism both in person and on the phoneProcess routine transactions as requested by customers quickly and accurately such as deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, payments and issuing official itemsIdentify a customer's need for additional services, transferring them to the appropriate staffBalance and reconcile daily transactions and maintain adequate cash by buying and selling from cash dispensersWorks with branch leadership on relationship-based selling skillsContributes to building a positive team environmentAssumes responsibility for self-improvement through training courses (internal and external) as well as personal curiosity and inquisitivenessResponsible for compliance and understanding of the Bank's policies, procedures, and legal guidelines, both new and existingAdditional responsibilities, as needed by office, will be assigned by managerDesired Experience & SkillsAn individual eager to learn the sales processExceptional interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skillsAbility to perform simple math such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and divisionAble to lift up to 20lbsHigh School Diploma or equivalentGreenfield Savings Bank is an equal opportunity employer.
