Teller IUnited Community is in search of a Teller I to join our team. As a Teller I, you will engage in a wide range of financial transactions and services for our valued customers. Whether it's answering questions, addressing banking needs, or identifying opportunities to introduce new or enhanced UCB products and services, our ideal candidate will be committed to providing exceptional assistance. Core responsibilities include ensuring accurate and timely transaction processing, safeguarding both bank and customer assets by adhering to established procedures, and fostering strong customer relationships through outstanding service.What You'll DoProcess customer transactions accurately and efficientlyIdentify customer needs and refer them to appropriate banking servicesProvide exceptional customer serviceMaintain a balanced cash drawerAdhere to all banking regulations and security proceduresRequirements For Success1+ years of experience in a cash handling/customer service roleStrong attention to detail and ability to multitaskExcellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skillsConditions of EmploymentMust be able to pass a criminal background & credit checkThis is a full-time, non-remote positionFLSA Status: Non-ExemptReady to take your career to the next level?
