Teller II FloaterJoin Blue Sky Bank's team as a Teller II Floater in Tulsa, OK! Support customers. Build relationships. Travel where you're needed. Deliver exceptional service.As a Teller II Floater, you will play a critical role in supporting multiple branch locations by performing teller transactions, consumer account maintenance, and operational functions while delivering exceptional customer service. Additional benefits include a Health Savings Account (HSA), Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Dependent Care FSA, voluntary accident and critical illness coverage, and 100% employer-paid short-term disability, long-term disability, and group life/AD&D insurance, as well as optional voluntary life/AD&D coverage.Customer Impact – Play a direct role in helping customers achieve their financial goals while providing exceptional service.Variety & Flexibility – Gain experience across multiple branch locations and expand your banking expertise.Leadership Opportunity – Mentor Teller I employees and support branch operations and audits.Team Environment – Be part of a collaborative, supportive workplace culture focused on customer success and employee growth.What You'll DoTravel to assigned branch locations based on business needsPerform Teller I duties and responsibilities as neededProcess deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing, and other routine transactionsBalance and reconcile cash daily to ensure transaction accuracyVerify customer identity and follow fraud prevention and security proceduresPerform maintenance on consumer accountsProcess debit card functions through Payments OneAssist customers with stop payment requestsProcess and assist customers with wire transfersVerify and process changes to existing accountsAnswer customer questions and resolve account-related issuesServe as backup vault custodianPerform teller overrides and exception approvals as delegated by managementSupport Market Managers and Head Tellers with Retail Banking auditsMentor and provide guidance to Teller I employeesRecognize and respond appropriately to fraud, scams, phishing attempts, and other suspicious activityOrder checks and debit cards for customersMaintain retail logs and required system documentationAssist customers with digital banking products and servicesSupport scanning, indexing, and document upload processesUtilize SharePoint and other resources to follow policies and proceduresDetermine when transaction holds are required and apply them according to policyGreet customers in person and at the drive-thru with professionalism and courtesyHandle inbound and outbound customer callsBuild and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional serviceIdentify customer needs and refer opportunities to the appropriate banking partnerCollaborate with employees across departments and branch locationsContribute to team goals by sharing knowledge and supporting colleaguesStay current on banking regulations, security procedures, and compliance requirementsRequirementsRequired QualificationsEducation: High School Diploma or GEDExperience: 6 months to 1 year of banking experience, including cash handling and customer serviceValid driver's license, proof of insurance, acceptable motor vehicle record, and reliable transportationStrong customer service and relationship-building skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of professionalism, integrity, and accountabilityStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentialityAbility to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlinesStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as a positive, contributing team memberAbility to navigate multiple computer systems and software platformsFlexible, adaptable, and willing to continuously learnFriendly, courteous, cooperative, attentive, and service-oriented demeanorPreferred QualificationsAssociate's degree or equivalent experience2 years of banking experienceExperience with consumer account maintenance and operational banking functionsPrior experience mentoring or training team members
