United Community Bank is a 100+ year old family-owned community bank with locations in Perham, Dent, and Frazee. We are seeking a positive, energetic, and motivated team player to join our team as a Teller at our main branch in Perham. The hours are 8:30am-5:00pm M-F, with one day per week doing the closing shift of 9:00am-5:30pm. Saturdays are on a rotating basis with hours from 9:00am-12:00pm.

YOUR ROLE:
Greet and welcome customers to the bank in a professional and courteous manner.
Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments while following bank policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
Accurately balance and maintain a cash drawer.
Maintain a basic understanding of our banking products and services.
Practice confidentiality with customer account information, follow United Community Bank's policies and procedures, and adhere to compliance regulations.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to communicate with customers and coworkers/management in a professional, personable, and confidential manner.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
The dexterity to count money and the ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information.
Direct experience is not necessary, but previous customer service experience is a plus!
This job requires skills needed in a typical office environment. This includes computer skills, communication skills, as well as utilization of office equipment.
