This candidate will be responsible for the following:
* Provide superior customer service while fulfilling customer requests in all transactions.
* Processing transactions accurately, addressing account inquiries, and resolving routine issues.
* Deepen relationships through value-add recommendations to existing customers and prospective customers.
* Drive adoption of digital banking services with new and existing customers.
* Ensuring operational and regulatory compliance of the branch.
* Accurate processing of transactions, completing end-of-day reporting and documentation, adhering to safe cash and negotiable instrument practices.
* Following all safe deposit box protocols, identifying customers, and protecting the confidentiality of customer information.
* Build and sustain relationships with internal and external customers which will uphold a positive reputation among the retail branch teams and Fidelity Bank.
Requirements for this position include:
* High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
* Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
* Strong sales and service skills.
* Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
* Must be organized with good time management skills.
Preferred requirements include:
* 1+ year of banking or financial services experience.
* 1+ year of cash handling experience.
