Job description
Executive AssistantManage calendars for both executives, schedule meetings, and prepare the office for incoming meetings, including setting up APG conference rooms. Greet incoming guests and ensure a premium experience for all visitors, clients, artists, and partners visiting. Coordinate logistics for leadership meetings including the Department Heads Meeting, Leadership Workshops, and APG Townhall Meeting. Ensure the office is tidy, stock the kitchen, unpack deliveries, and ensure all supplies are ordered and stocked. Co-manage parking validations for the Beverly Hills office including managing validation allotment and tracking usage for guests. Lead company wide assistant meeting, share best practices, updates, and any cross-departmental coordination/collaboration necessary. Liaison across the various departments of APG, supporting the timely completion of necessary adhoc requests.
