Job TitleProvide exceptional customer service to intended audience.Qualifications:Minimum Education/CertificationHigh school diploma AND/OR equivalent OR a currently enrolled student in High SchoolSpecific Certifications may be required for area of assignmentSpecial Knowledge/SkillsMust have knowledge of assignmentMust have conflict resolution skillsTechnology skills preferredExcellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsMust have in-depth knowledge and expertise for specific area of assignmentWork ConditionsMust be able to work in a variety of locations with school staff, parents and community members.Must be able to work flexible hoursMust maintain professional demeanor in times of stressMust be able to do medium work effort exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally.Must be able to bend, stoop, and reach fully above headPossess acute and/or corrected visual and hearing capabilitiesPossess good mental health in order to perform all job requirementsBe average or better in energy, health and vitalityPossess a high level of mental capabilityRegular attendance is an essential functionMinimum ExperienceSpecific minimum experience may be required for area of assignment
