Temp Holiday Marketing & Social Media Assistant
We are seeking a Temporary Holiday Marketing & Social Media Assistant to join our growing team for the holiday season! This is a full-time temporary position at our Irvington, NY location. The Marketing & Social Media Assistant will support our marketing team through our busiest time of year, assisting with influencer outreach, events, photoshoots, holiday mailers, and social media content. The ideal candidate is comfortable on camera, loves jewelry and social media, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Position Overview
Full-Time Temporary Position: ASAP-Early January
Mon–Fri 9AM–5:30PM
In person in our Irvington, NY office / 1 day remote
Key Responsibilities
Support influencer outreach, including researching creators, sending pitches, and tracking responses and posts
Assist with coordinating holiday influencer mailers, including product selection, packing, and shipment tracking
Assist with planning and executing holiday mailers
Support event planning and potentially help on-site at holiday events
Assist with photoshoot planning, including pulling product, shot lists, and logistics
Assist with photoshoot returns, ensuring all samples are checked in and returned to inventory
Appear on camera in social media videos for Instagram, TikTok, and other channels
Assist with planning, filming, and editing short-form social content
Work closely with the marketing team on additional holiday projects as needed
Our Ideal Candidate
You're someone who is jewelry/fashion obsessed
Comfortable and confident on camera
Social media savvy, with a strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok trends
Strong organizational skills and careful attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication
Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Basic video editing experience (CapCut, InShot, or similar) is a plus
Ability to be both a self-starter and a team player
Available full-time through the end of the holiday season
