Job Title: Temp - Manager, Digital Accounts

About our team
The WMG Global Commercial Services team maximizes revenue and market share through best practices, platform expertise, and forward‑thinking solutions that support our recorded music strategy.
Your role
In this temporary managerial position, you will collaborate across WMG divisions and with YouTube to execute key initiatives that maximize revenue and market share. Working with the WMG account management team, label partners, and YouTube, you’ll engage in projects, sometimes managing implementation, while creating data‑driven insights that inform strategy.
Here you’ll get to
Support the WMG global account management lead in implementing key initiatives.
Work closely with content management, digital operations, and label teams to streamline and ensure efficient content set‑up on YouTube.
Prepare and input data on YouTube, maximizing accuracy and efficiency.
Analyze artist and label data on YouTube and develop insights measuring impact.
Partner with WMG/ADA labels globally to ensure best practices on YouTube and identify new opportunities.
Collaborate across Recorded Music and Music Publishing divisions to optimize market share and revenue on YouTube.
About you
Experience with the YouTube Content Management System.
Ability to navigate and extract insights using YouTube analytics and data.
Can take direction and execute outlined initiatives.
Can work under pressure, communicate effectively, and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Google products such as Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc.
We’d love it if you also had
Strong analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent time‑management and organizational skills.
3+ years of experience or 6+ years of relevant professional music industry experience.
College degree preferred.

Salary Range
$25.00 to $33.00 hourly. Salary ranges are provided for compliance and may be adjusted based on experience and business needs.
