COTA to work on the Inpatient rehab unit or the acute care unit. Rehab averages 12 pts. There are options for co treats with PTA in acute care.

Will accept new grads - (REQUIRED)
Recent traveler experience - (PREFERRED)

Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty
2 Supervisory Reference Forms, taken within the last two years
Licensure & Certifications (NBCOT & BLS - AHA)

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : Oklahoma

Weekend Requirements : Rotation approx 3/Qtr
