Job description
PhlebotomistThe Phlebotomist is responsible for drawing and collecting various blood, throat and urine specimens from all age groups on inpatients and outpatients. Gives proper instructions and paperwork needed for at home collections to the patient. Cross-trained to fill in for drawing stations or lab clerk and as needed. Submission requirements include 2+ years of experience, the ability to work independently, and a willingness to work 8 on and 6 off. ASCP is preferred.
