Job description
Physical Therapy AssistantLocation/Territory: Northern Territory - Lancaster, Groveton, Stratford, Stark, Columbia, Colebrook, Pittsburg, Errol. Candidates must have their own vehicle and be comfortable driving in winter weather. Must be 50+ miles from facility. Permanent address must be included in the submission file (REQUIRED).The North Country Home Health & Hospice Agency Physical Therapist Assistant is responsible for providing physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a qualified Physical Therapist in accordance with the plan of care. The Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant will utilize therapeutic exercise, modalities and activities to achieve the highest level of function possible within the home environment.
