License/Certs: Active State Licensure (required)
Experience: Prior outpatient or LTC experience preferred
Pay & Benefits: Hourly Pay Rate: $38.86

What You'll Do: Support clinical interventions utilizing evidence-based practices under supervision
Administer rehabilitative treatments, including manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and use of assistive devices
Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with supervising Physical Therapists
Document all treatment activities accurately in electronic health records
Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers
Participate in care conferences, team meetings, and ongoing training sessions
Support and supervise students when applicable
Adhere to professional standards, including APTA and state practice acts
What You Need: Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant
Prior experience in long-term care or related settings preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
