Hourly Pay Rate: $38.86

What You'll Do:
Support clinical interventions using evidence-based practices under supervision of a Physical Therapist
Deliver rehabilitative and medically necessary treatments, including manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and assistive devices
Assess patient progress, document outcomes, and communicate adjustments with supervising therapists
Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, and care teams regarding physical disorders
Maintain accurate documentation per regulatory and clinical standards
Participate in team meetings, trainings, and conferences
Assist with obtaining supplies and supervise students as needed
Follow all ethical and professional standards set by APTA and state regulations
What You Need:
Active state licensure as a PTA (if applicable)
Experience working in a long-term care setting preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to follow treatment plans and document thoroughly and accurately
