PTA - Long Term Care (LTC) - Norman, OK

What You'll Do Support clinical interventions under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
Administer rehabilitative treatments including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and assistive devices
Assess and document patient progress to help guide treatment plans
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Provide consultation and counseling related to physical functioning disorders
Support documentation and regulatory compliance for all patient treatments
Assist in the supervision and support of students or aides as directed
What You Need
Required:
Active State Licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant
Prior experience in long-term care or rehabilitation preferred
Preferred: Strong communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team
Knowledge of therapeutic techniques and modalities
