All RTO should be listed on the cover page, must be less than 7 days.
RTO will not be approved in the first week of assignment or holidays.
All facilities the traveler is open to working in should be listed on the submission.
If interested in "any" location, please include what states (I.E. Any AZ, Any CO, Any state, etc.)
All shifts the traveler is open to working on should be listed on the submission.
All departments the traveler is open to working must be checked on the cover page.
All candidates submitted should be preclosed and ready to accept.

Provider must have 24 months minimum of current Cath Lab experience - (REQUIRED)
Interventional scrub experience and Peds Cath Lab experience - (HIGHLY PREFERRED)
Certifications must be American Heart Association or American Red Cross - (REQUIRED)
Nursys cannot show any hits on license at time of submission - (REQUIRED) (DOCUMENT)
Banner will not approve RTO within the first week or holidays. Can not exceed 7 days - (REQUIRED)
Flu vaccination - Banner declinations can be applied for (reach out for forms) **Please add vaccination status in the submission notes**
