What You'll Do Provide respiratory care for pediatric to geriatric patients in a critical access hospital.
Independently operate and troubleshoot various respiratory care equipment for diagnosis and treatment of respiratory conditions.
Assist with invasive and non-invasive ventilation, drawing ABGs, and airway management, including assisting with intubations.
Conduct pulmonary function tests (PFTs), if qualified.
Set up and maintain respiratory equipment as per physician orders under supervision.
Support patient care teams with relevant bedside interventions.
Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards.
What You Need
Required:
Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) licensure
Proven experience with invasive/non-invasive ventilation and airway management
Ability to work independently and solve problems in fast-paced settings
Preferred: Experience with pulmonary function testing (PFTs)
Critical access hospital or similar setting experience
